    Obituary of Elvie Ray Mauck

    Elvie Ray Mauck from Independence, Missouri passed away on May 4, 2024. He was 88 years old.

    Elvie was born in Hochatown, Oklahoma on March 10, 1936 to William and Callie Mauck.

    Elvie is survived by his son Michael Mauck and wife Tammy, six grandchildren Kristen, Kyla, Steve, Austin, Shannon, and Christy, six great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren. Elvie is also survived by his two sisters Lavada Woody and Frances Loyd, and one brother, Marcie Mauck.

    Elvie was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Mauck, son Rick Mauck, daughter Debbie Mauck, parents William and Callie Mauck, three brothers Billy, Cecil, and Donald Mauck, and one sister, Lois Jackson.

    The family will be having a private graveside service at Floral Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be sent to St. Jude's Hospital.
